ISFJ Personality type!

Hi, I’m Steve Carl.  I’m not great at writing these things, but here it goes! I’m a murse. For those of you not in the know, that’s a male nurse. I’ve been asked “why not a doctor” so many times, but honestly, there’s nothing else I’d rather do. I grew up in a rural area I spent a lot of time taking care of elderly relatives. I think this is where I became curious about discovering out what else I could learn to take care of people. That curiosity is what drew me to nursing.

I still have an appreciation for the moments I spent taking care of my elderly family members and I think back on those moments often while on the job. I try to take the most practical things I’ve learned from my experience and training and share them with others. That’s why I was happy ACLS Training asked me to write articles for them. Check out my article on suspected strokes! It could save or change someone’s life!

I still spend time with family, but I also enjoy volunteering now and then. I’ve done work with habitat for humanity and several homeless shelters. When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy a good workout. I go to group fitness sessions about three times a week. I like the realistic movements and functional fitness, also working out with a group is pretty encouraging too.

Please don’t hesitate to ask me any questions! You can send me an email or find me on Facebook.
