We guarantee your satisfaction and the acceptance of our courses worldwide. If you would like to request a refund for a course you have enrolled in, please choose from one of the following options.

Option 1

Return your provider certificate and a copy of your receipt to us at:

Refund processing will take 5–10 business days.

Option 2

Send us an email to and include the following information:

  • The name and order number as on your sales receipt
  • The name of your employer
  • The name and contact information (email and phone) for your supervisor or HR department that is not accepting our certificate

We will contact the person you provided and confirm their Joint Commission requirements and work to get our certificate accepted for you. We have an over 99% acceptance rate. If they absolutely will not accept our certificate, we will provide a refund, processing takes 3–5 business days.

All physical products carry a 14-day return policy

Please email us at to receive an RMA number which you can write on the outside of the package. Return packaging and shipping cost is your responsibility.

We accept only unopened, unused items for return with full refund. If your product is opened, there will be a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.
