Since the American Heart Association first implemented guidelines for CPR in 1963, medical professionals and other emergency responders have saved thousands of lives. Medical professionals trained in ACLS will step in when there are emergencies, following these guidelines, to increase the odds for successful resuscitation and support to victims of cardiac arrest or stroke. Medical professionals must maintain an up to date certification in ACLS. Phoenix healthcare workers must be recertified every two years. It is important not to fall behind on training.
Medical professionals typically enroll in an ACLS course, which covers airway management, IV access, and an understanding of algorithms and emergency pharmacology. Traditional ACLS classes are taught on-site and require in-class lectures and skills demonstrations. On-site courses are often hard to attend due to hectic work schedules, medical emergencies, and travel inconveniences. For medical professionals who are seeking ACLS classes, Phoenix offers a number of options including online courses. Online certification is accepted in all states as well as many international facilities. The ACLS Training Center has provided Arizona medical professionals with the online recertification (after the ACLS expired) options since 1998. All the ACLS classes Phoenix medical professionals obtain from us are based on the latest AHA updates and include online resource materials as well as a detailed provider manual that includes current standards. In addition to new ACLS certification or ACLS recertification, we are also pleased to offer online BLS and PALS certification courses.
Arizona is a unique mix of individuals with both good and bad health factors that may influence the need for ACLS measures. While Arizona residents enjoy a longer than average life span than others in the region, over 11% of the adult population has been diagnosed with diabetes and over 40% of the adult population has high cholesterol. Both these factors increase the chance of cardiac arrest and stroke.
Caregivers, people working with the public, or children should consider learning basic CPR. Emergency medical personnel are required to have training in advanced cardiac life support measures that provide techniques to increase the chances of survival and recovery. When it is time to sign up and renew certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS, Phoenix professionals have come to trust us to provide the latest in information at the best pricing.
When you order any of our online courses, you can take as much time as needed to study before taking the online exam. We make renewal easy! When you sign up and choose our certification or renewal courses, you get to study on your own time schedule and can take as long as needed to become comfortable with any new information. We recommend you take time to review previous course information and note the latest changes. Thoroughly study new updated information paying careful attention to algorithm changes and standards.
Our courses have no time limits so you always have opportunity to cover the material at your own pace and can access the online test any time you feel ready. In addition to our flexible education model, our testing process is easy too. You may retake the exam up to three times at no additional charge. We will always provide detailed information covering the questions that were missed and will provide you with recommendations for reviewing those sections before you retake the exam. All our courses include free shipping, excellent customer support, a free exam sample to study and review, as well as provider manual, and other online resources. When you order two or more courses at the same time, we will automatically adjust your pricing at checkout saving you up to 15% on three or more certification courses. As always, there are no time limits on completing exams. You can purchase courses and complete the exams at any time several weeks, months, or longer, from the day your purchase is complete.
With our online certification, there is no hands on skills test required and you receive your grade immediately following completion of your exam.
