The exam is a multiple-choice format. You can pass the exam in three attempts. The multiple-choice exam is 50 questions and has no time limit.

You will receive an ACLS card if you take the ACLS course. If you need or want a BLS card, you may purchase the BLS course. We offer multiple course discounts!
You get three attempts. If you fail three times, you will need to enroll (and pay) again. But don't worry, each attempt will give you an exam scoring report which lists that shows your correct and incorrect answers.

Yes. If you have taken an ACLS course with us or another training center during or after June 30, 2018, then you can take this recertification. If you have neven done ACLS before, please take the complete certification course.
If your hospital has a full time American Heart Association® (AHA) ACLS trainer on staff, you will generally want to use them. Call your credentialing department first to see if they will still reimburse our course fee.
