The following email from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada explains the process for getting CME credits with ACLS courses in Canada.
Dear Doctor Entriken,
Thank you for your email. You may report the time spent in the recertification course as a Section 2: Traineeship. In MAINPORT, the template will ask you to record the subject or learning objectives and your thoughts, conclusions or outcomes that you identified. Supporting documentation is not required.
Should you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely yours,
Joanne Almeida

Hello,
I am reading your MOC guidelines document:
Could you please help me understand how I would document participation in an online study course, for example, like the ACLS Training Center which provides ACLS courses. What type of documentation would be necessary for them to provide me? Will a receipt of my completion and a description of the course be sufficient?
Thank you,
Will
