1. How long does it take to receive my card?

   As soon as you finish and pass the exam you will be able to immediately download a PDF version of the provider card. We will also ship your physical card within one business day. Depending on where you live, it should arrive in 3-4 days. International shipping takes longer. We also have rush shipment options for an additional cost.

2. Is there a practical skills test required to receive my certification?

   There is no in-person practical skills test required to receive your ACLS, PALS or BLS certification or recertification. All of our courses are 100% online.

3. My current certification has expired. Can I use these courses to become recertified?

   Yes, we also offer recertification courses. Recertification courses cost less money and the tests are not as lengthy. The 10% and 15% discounts still apply to recertification courses.

4. Do you have a refund policy?

   Yes, we have a refund policy. All of our courses come with a 100% money-back guarantee. The guarantee is good for 1 year from the time that you purchase the course. There is nothing extra you have to do in order to activate the refund policy. It comes standard with every purchase.

5. I have never been certified before. Does ACLS Training Center offer first-time certification?

   Yes, this is what we specialize in! You can become certified for the first time in BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).

6. Is there a time limit on taking and passing the exams

   No, you can take the exams at your own pace. Once you purchase the course, you can take as much time as you need to study and pass the exam. This means you can take advantage of our discounts and purchase multiple courses at once - even if you don’t need the certifications all at the same time.

7. What happens if I fail the exam?

   If you fail the exam, you get 3 more attempts to pass the same test. We will inform you that you did not pass and with the questions you answered incorrectly.

8. For how long will my certification last?

   Our PALS, BLS and ACLS certifications last for 2 years from the time that we issue your card. All of our cards will show you the initiation and expiration date.

9. How can I get in touch with the people at ACLS Training Center?

10. Is it ok to purchase more than 1 course?

    You can purchase as many courses as you like. There is a 10% discount of you purchase 2 courses and a 15% discount if you purchase 3 or more courses.

11. What happens after I pass the test?

    Once you pass the test, you will first receive a notification that you passed and we will show you which questions that you missed. You will also be able to download an instant PDF version of your certification. Finally, we will mail you a physical copy of your card which will include a receipt of your purchase.

12. What do I need to score in order to pass the test?

    In order to pass the tests you need to score an 80% or better.

    For our PALS and ACLS certification courses, this means you can’t miss more than 10 out of 50 questions. For the BLS certification course you can’t miss more than 5 out of 25 questions.

    For the PALS and ACLS recertification courses, you can’t miss more than 8 out of 40 questions. For the BLS recertification course, you can’t miss more than 4 out of 20 questions.

13. What are the shipping costs?

    At ACLS Training Center, standard shipping for your physical card is free within the United States. International and express shipping options are available as well for an extra fee.

14. What happens if my certification is not accepted?

    We offer a 100% refund within the first year for all of our classes. All you need to do is contact us and let us know that you want a refund.
